YOU CAN ONLY BLAME YOUR PROBLEMS ON THE WORLD FOR SO LONG
personality
Wolfpaw has always been the adventurous type. Even as a kit he would try and get out of the nursery, always trying to find a new place to go, or even to hide. As he's gotten older though, it's been a lot easier for him to explore. He enjoyed the journey to the new territories more than any of the other apprentices, mostly because he was able to see all the cool new things he had never seen before back by the lake.
Along with being adventurous, Wolfpaw is also fearless. He's never been scared to go into dark rabbit holes or to go explore at night. He's big for his age and it makes him feel safe. Even when he was a kit the horror stories the elder's and his foster mom tried telling him to make him be a better kit didn't scare him. Wolfpaw's favorite saying is that even if he was faced with a skulk of foxes he wouldn't bat an eyelash.
Ever since he was a kit, Wolfpaw has always been very faithful, mostly to his clan. At eleven moons old he's come to terms with the fact that he could very well possibly die for his clan, but he's okay with that. ShadowClan means the world to him and he would do anything to keep a clanmate from dying. There are a few cats he can be loyal to as well. One of them is his father. He knows his father isn't the greatest cats to have ever lived, but he does the best he can for his kits, and that's good enough for Wolfpaw.
Wolfpaw has always been the bigger kit. He's always been the fighter, as well. During his apprenticeship he excelled in his battle training quickly, loving to learn all of the battle moves. With this, he became very protective over a few cats, using his size to intimidate, or even fight off, whatever is messing with them. Sometimes he's just trying to protect a family member, but other times it could be a friend that he's made while training.
Wolfpaw has always been the competitive type. Whether when he was a kit, throwing moss balls around, or while he was training, seeing who could catch the most toads. He's never been mean about this, and isn't a sore loser, he just loves to play games. He tries to do it all in good fun, though he can't deny the fact that he loves to win. Though there's that special occasion where he's playing against a smaller cat and lets them win, hoping to make their day.
Wolfpaw has always had a very hard head. Once he gets his mind set on something, it would take an offer of a million mice for his clan to get him to change his mind. It's not often that he disagrees with a cat about something, because he usually only gets into debates about the better of the clan, but there's always that one subject that he just cannot agree with, so he won't.
Along with being stubborn, Wolfpaw is also argumentative. If he doesn't agree with something, he won't just sit down and take it, he'll stand up and let the whole clan know that he disagrees. He may even tell them why. It doesn't have to be about what he believes in, either. Sometimes he could just be in a bad mood and feel like arguing with everything a particular cat has to say.
It's hard to ask Wolfpaw what he thinks about something, mostly because he'll tell you exactly what he thinks without skipping a beat. Of course he cares what other cats think of him, but he's not going to sit down and lie to cat about something just to make them feel better about themselves. Cats learn to either be prepares for what he has to say, or just not ask him his opinion.
It's probably best if you didn't ask Wolfpaw to do something that's not meant to be done right away, mostly because he'll mostly likely get to doing something else, and completely forget that he had even spoken to another cat recently. It's honestly not his fault, he can just forget things sometimes, although he tends to remember very important things like names and battle moves, but tell him he needs to clean the elder's den at the end of the day, and he will completely forget come time.
When Wolfpaw thinks something is his, it means it's his. Well, in his head at least. He's not very good at sharing, and has always been the type to find a special something, not letting any other cat near it. He can be this way with cats, thought not as hardcore as he is with objects. With cats, he can get jealous when they decide to hang out with somebody else, and even intrude on their conversation just to be near that cat.
